Questions and limitations
Are documents uploaded?
No. Files are read and processed locally in your browser. Processing libraries and fonts are served by this website; document bytes are not sent to a server.
Are encrypted or signed files supported?
Password-protected PDFs are rejected. Transformations invalidate digital signatures. Merge rejects interactive forms rather than producing broken form fields.
What are the technical limits?
20 MB per file, 60 MB total; up to 10 PDFs or 20 images. PDFs are limited to 200 pages, or 100 for Word conversion. Images are limited to 16 megapixels and 8192 pixels per edge. A local job times out after two minutes. Hard browser memory quotas are not available.
